Had a meal with friends. Decor looks good and new. The food was tasty enough but the bbq portions were tiny. I'm not a big eater either. Pretty steep prices for such small portions. Staff need to smile more and when they had a party downstairs, staff started bbq 4 tables non-stop at the ground floor which smoked us all out. No apologies of any. Service is not good. Given the amount of Korean choices around, will not be heading back anytime soon.

We were really enjoy the foods & service.

I had bibimbab?(it's rice with vegetable and beef in a hot stone bowl), BBQ, spicy soup and some side dishes. BBQ was fantasic!! U must have it!!

Popular Korean restaurant that was nice to go to (went yesterday)

Ambiance was cool and relaxed - they've updated the decor, and downstairs dining area looks quite chic, if just a tiny bit crowded.

Food wise, it was good. Preserved cabbage, always a good comparison point for these restaunts, was crunchy and spicy.

Had the BBQ option with Beef, stonebowl rice, and soup-based noodle dish.

All were tasty enough, but portions have been severely downsized - the bbq option, for example, was practically half of what it had been a year or two ago. (Granted, unless we were lucky the other time we came, but i doubt it given the other price rises) In addition, the stonebowl wasn't nearly hot enough.

Service wasn't exactly exemplary either. "bored" is the word which comes to mind, but they're efficent and effective enough, but a few smiles wouldn't go amiss.

Would i go here again? It's not on the top of my list because of the price tag- Cost of the meal for the three of us, without wine but with drinks, came to £70.

A bit too high for my tastes for this kind of food.
