My wife and i have been going to Emchai for about 9 mths. After reading the reviews posted we thought we would take a look, as we live in the area. We were impressed by the food. The service is good and the food is excellent. It can get busy on weekends so book a table. One of the best Chinese/Thai restuarants in London......

I love nonya food and this is one of the better ones in London. Easternfire in Harrow, C&R & Bali Bali in central or that place on the A41 are all very good, but this being local means I get my Char Kwey Teow fix right away... So until the next visit home to Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh this place lives up to ma's malay cooking.
Wish list? Bring on the ikan bilis Rojak Belacan chicken and indian flavour with mee goreng, roti cenai and teh tarik!!! Livens up our high street ;-)
