RED

I wouldn't recommend going to this restuarant after the worst dining experience I have ever had.

Me and my partner went to RED during the week for dinner. After being shown to our table my girlfriend wanted to order the ceaser salad and was told to order something else as it would take a long time to prepare.

I had ordered a starter as well as a main. After waiting 20 minutes I asked our waitress what had happened to the starter and she said it was coming. 10 minutes later I asked another waitress and she said she would check. They seemed to be runing around the floor not knowing what they were doing and blatantly ignoring us. Another couple a few tables from us walked out after sending their food back twice and we decided to walk out as well. I understand it must have been a busy night, but clearly there wasnt any communication between the staff and I definately wont be returning there again.

For my is one of the best in London, for their food and service. Also they have a great atmosphere which makes it place the best to be in. I love spend my evenings after the job. drinking a coffee and lis the music. Rate 10 for me.

We prebooked food at cafe red for a weekday lunch and was really looking forward to it having read good reviews. The restaurant looked good when we arrived - the decor was nice and the place looked modern.

However, we were deeply dissapointed. Some of our party had meatballs and they were undercooked, the pasta was tasteless and the risotto was so bland and the burger was overcooked. I can honestly say I have never had a worse meal and cannot believe the prices they charged.

We will certainly not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.
