La Rueda (Kings Road)

As another reviewer said, this restaurant never seems to let you down. Solid family fare from the Galician and Portuguese staff. From the tortilla to the albondigas, they just get the tapas so right. Tasty and authentic. The paellas are a complete joy. There's a rustic feel to the decor that may put off some snobs, but it works for the Chelsea footballers I've seen in there - that's the Portugese players I'm referring to! My only gripe is the white wine selection which is below par. It might help to stock more non-Spanish white wines as it's not that country's strength compared to their mouth watering reds.
