Faanoos Restaurant

This is a small trendy family restaurant in a good location. The quality of the food is good but it comes in small portions. As other Iranian restaurants, the customer service is poor. The price is reasonable and a 3-course dinner would normally cost around £15 pp excl alcohol. You can take your own drink or pay a £3 corkage. The fresh bread cooked in the clay oven tastes great. I may try this restaurant again but it is certainly not my favourite Iranian restaurant in London,

Excellent all round. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the food delicious and the bill very reasonable.
Bread is freshly cooked in the tandoor oven in the corner and so arrives at your table still hot from the oven. Good range of starters and mains (we had no room for a pudding) and everything we tried was beautifully cooked and very tasty.
No license as yet so BYO from Oddbins over the road (corkage £1)
