EasyPizza

I ordered pizzas online from easypizza and they never arrived. I called their helpdesk 5 times (calls cost 10p a minute and I waited for about 15 minutes each time). The helpdesk had no idea what to do and kept telling me that they would call me back. Of course they never did.

My credit card was charged for the transaction, but I didn't notice in time to cancel the payment. I've since tried e-mailing them, contacting them through their website and phone, with no success.
