Giraffe (Richmond)

Shockingly bad! We had to wait 10 minutes for a table which in fairness is not that bad for a full restaurant at the peak times - but when half the customers left we still had to wait 10 minuets to get served ...waited 40 minutes for food which arrived cold.

Servic was slow but staff were friendly :)

Food was okay but slow and cold

Atmosphere was fair- there was a value for money but not much money.

Had lunch here the other day with my parents. Food was a real disappointment and something you would not even expect at a road side cafe. Service was average, not enough staff in our opinion.

Definitely not rushing back to this place!
