Excellent restaurant with first rate staff. A warm and friendly welcome. The food is delicious. Their meat thali is a particular favourite.

I recently went to mr india and the restaurant has been redecorated, making the atmospshere great and warm.

I had Kati kebab to start & Chicken Jalfrezi as main with Lemon rice, dessert I had Roasted Dates served with warm Ice cream Yummy!

Food was fantastic and the service is attentive.

I'd recommed this restaurant to everyone looking for great value for money & service

Don't get me wrong, this is a perfectly good local Indian restaurant, the old fashioned type with the list of standard dishes from the early 90's onwards, except this place looks modern as it has furnishing from Ikea. The prices are quite retro too which is nice - £6 a main, £3 a side dish, but the food lacks the freshness and finesse that perhaps one now comes to expect. Perhaps that is unfair in view of the really high standards (and slightly higher prices) set by Karma around the corner. Presumably Mr India know that, and just try to stick to meeting the local demand for a standard local curry house at decent prices. They do that well. But when I went last night, there were only 2 other tables of diners, the staff were a bit clueless and the lighting is stark and unwelcoming. I think they need to address these two last points to really give Karma a run for their money and to draw customers back to the good old days.

The food at this restaurant is amazing

take your family your cousin your friend or your spouse

whoever but all i can say is its excellent

the food is made quickly the staff are very polite

and most of all the food is delicious
