I have never experienced such an awful service in my life, the waiters were really rude. The employees were impolite, they rushed us to finish our meal (although it wasn’t late and we were not the last ones in the restaurant), they made confusions for most of the dish we ordered. My friends and I were shocked, that really ruined the evening. The food is good, but really expensive. I will certainly never go there again, and I will advise to everybody to avoid this place.

We used to take all our friends here, since we thought it was a great chinese restaurant. Until last Friday. Service was terrible...slow and rude. They were quick to take our dishes away even when we had not finished! They brought the wrong dishes repeatedly. At one point we nearly started eating one dish and they came saying it was for another table. And they took it to them! After all this, they even tried to charge us service charge, We refused to pay for it. Food also was not up to the past standards! what a shame...can you recommend a good chinese restaurant please?

Went there for both dim sum lunch and dinner. Dim sum lunch was great, very authentic, the only thing is you cannot book a table for lunch, so keep your fingers crossed when you go there during the weekend!
Dinner was ok, went there only once, because I find it rather pricey and the portion is not very big. All dishes tasted alright, but too oily, even by Chinese restaurant standards.
Will definitly go back to lunch, but so sure about dinner...

love chinese cuisine and have tried most of China town's restaurant . Jade Garden is no doubt the best one!
simply remind "dim sum" is only available during afternoon;
and must try roast pik or roast duck~very delicious!!
also sea food will be amazed...

Im going to keep this short. If you like Dim Sum this is the place to go, the best dim sum in china town. Anything other than dim sum, there are many other places which are better, but these guys specialise in dim sum and pull it off remarkably well in comparison to all the other places in china town.

Very disappointed. Just had a dinner in London Jade Garden last night, the service is the worst ever. If you want to eat 'Take Away' style chinese with slow service, London Jade Garden is your choice.
We went there around 9 last night, got a table next to the entry very quickly. After 2 minutes looking at the menu, a waitress stood there without a smile waiting for our order. We said we were not ready and needed a bit of time, she rolled her eyes and walked off. Thanks for that.
To be honest, we didn't really know what to order and asked for assistance. They didn't seem to bother and ended up having a set menu. We asked if we could replace the starter with something else, they said no and looked very annoyed.
The food was really below standard, worse than my local chinese take away. The vegetable was so greasy covering with oil. The prawn dish was coloured in red and I didn't want to know how they cooked that.
I think I liked the fried rice the most and the ribs if I had to choose. The atmosphere was just ok, small gaps between tables, I felt like the person next to me was too close to us.
Well, value for money? let's just not go there. I could have something much better for the money I paid. Will I go there again? Unless they pay me, otherwise, no!

In terms of quality of the food certain dishes can be quite greasy. Dinner at Jade Garden is pretty nice if you're going with your boyfriend/ loved one for the atmosphere. Just go there/ book a place early to avoid busy times.
I went there quite a few times. Thought customer service was okay so far. If going for Dim-Sum, say on a Sunday, go early to avoid the queues.

DON'T eat here if you're looking to eat good dim sum. The sizes of the dim sum are smaller than in the other Chinatown restaurants, the fried dim sum is served cold, and nothing else is really worth the money. Furthermore the service is terrible.

Went there for Dim sum, but had to opt for dinner, because they will not serve you Dim sum after 4 PM.
We had crispy fried noodles with roast duck with was good (6 pounds, 7/10 points), and very delicious and fresh beancurd (tofu) stuffed with prawn (7 pounds, 8/10 points) yummy and recommended dish), rice and tea: paid total 22 pounds (excl. tip, no details on receipt) for two of us. Restaurant was more spacious than the average box like venues. Service could have been more friendly!
