went there today and as i told them -- it was the best sushi iv ever had - really really fresh and very nicely presented - i wanted to take pictures of it first haha x -i will be back for sure -Bill

Finally, a top notch sushi bar in Putney. The fish is some of the freshest I've ever had, and the attention to detail is commendable. Since they opened, the standard has been maintained at a very high level.

We're not living in Putney any more, but we always try and drop in when in the area as the food is so good. The atmosphere and decor is really nice and they have a great selection.

As a bonus they deliver as well.

Everyone seems to agree!

Sushi 54 is exactly what Putney and around there needed: a great sushi place – friendly right from when you walk in and I hear it’s family-run. The staff were really helpful and managed to take time with each table. Well organised restaurant, you can see what others are eating and still have privacy; very nicely thought out.

Recommend especially the Marinated Salmon and the different Futo Makis, all created, we were told, by the staff there. Really good stuff! The soups were fantastic too.

I’m getting hungry again just thinking about it…..

Finally a decent sushi restaurant in Putney that delivers as well!!!

I recently went to Sushi 54 on the Lower Richmond Road and was very impressed by the quality of food and the service.

I wouldrecommmend going purely for the combination of classic dishes mixed in with really interesting and delicious creations such as the Mexican maki and a Parma Ham sushi that was truly devine

I found the staff to be very attentive and the ambience very comfortable. Ireal local feel and not too noisy, which I find a lot of restaurants nowadays are.

There is a wide variety of fresh sushi at Sushi 54 and everything we had was great. We wanted to try everything!!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and the music not too loud so you don't have to shout to be heard.

I especially like the little cosy area in the corner where you can sit down at a low table, cross your legs and pretend you are in Japan.

Whether with friends or on a date, you'll definately leave feeling like you've had a good relaxing evening.

I'm just disappointed they don't deliver to Acton!!

I took my fiancee here last week. We are both massive sushi connoisseurs and were hoping for something good. We got the antsthesis of Yo Sushi!

Everything about Sushi 54 was supurb. It was classy, cosy, friendly, the staff were efficient and the sushi was outstanding and fresh.

We had one of the best sushi experiences we have had and we have already recommended Sushi 54 to all our friends - even those in North London.

me and the missus are big fans of sushi and its a relief to find good and fairly priced take away/ delivery thats worth going back to...

a big fan of the half and half box - (Tuna/Salmon) and the Tuna Chili Nigiri. The mixed Sushimi box is also favorite for dinner parties...

on the whole a nice combination of some classic maki rolls and some good hot soups .

eating in was a pleasant surprise - simple and refreshing interior - attentive service and some well presented sushi - perfect for a quick bite to eat before heading into town...

In an area littered with average eateries I was delighted to stumble upon this little gem on the Lower Richmond Road.

Came here with a group of friends and we all left happy. We had a range of food; from sushi to noodle dishes, all were excellently prepared.

The staff are attentive and friendly, atmosphere was bustling.

Sushi 54 is a new establishment on the high street and as long as they maintain their high standards are sure to do well.

I'm told they do take-away too!
