I went here a month ago and found the service to be incredible. The food is the tastiest Indian food I have had. The menu is varied and original. I frequent this place and being Indian would highly recommend it. The manager suggested some different options which turned out to be amazing. The starters are definitely well worth a try... you wont be disappointed

I can't even begin to describe the experience that I had at this restaurant on Saturday night. Having previously frequented the old Palm Tree in St Johns Wood we thought we would support the newly opened one on Gateforth Street. With only 4 tables full we did not expect to be sat there 2 hours later still without our main course! The starters took 45 mins and can only be described as very poor and overpriced. For the main course we ordered one prawn dish and one fish dish, which we did not think would take particularly long. As it had been close to 2 hours and no sign of food, we asked to speak to the manager. He was hardly apologetic and blamed it on the table of 8 people who apparently arrived late for their booking causing everyone elses food to be delayed...why run a restaurant if you can only serve on table at a time! He then went to say that we should understand the two dishes we ordered took time, we asked why then does it not say that on the menu that these dishes take almost an hour to prepare when they had put time warnings on some other dishes. His response was he can't put it one every dish on the menu! He then said that we were being difficult and asked us to leave!! I have never experienced such poor customer services and bad manners.
