We dine out 5/6 times a week. Having tried almost every fancy and informal eaterie in mayfair/ marylebone we recently chanced upon this little gem after moving to SW7. Our favourite cuisine is Italian and Zia Teresa makes you feel as if you are in someones home in Italy if you close eyes- the warmth, the aromas, the chatter. It is ofcourse catering to the busiest part of Knightsbridge and is therefore very big inside- however it doesnt feel commercial at all. Staff are efficient and on the ball most times. We've just moved around the corner and have eaten there 3 times already! Bruschetta is exactly how it should be- frsh juicy tomoatoes on a hearty toasted slice of airy bread. Go for the spaghetti alla vongole- with red sauce is fab but white sauce is also delicious. Or the pizza! And oh my god- the tiramisu........ Just check it out for yourself!

Having read some great reviews on this website I booked a table here.

Whilst the service was friendly the food was very average. I had the Sea Bass, which was bland and served with over boiled vegtables. We were also sat near the kitchen and there was a significant draft that spoilt the meal.

OK for a quick bite but not worth going out your way for.

I was just shopping in Harrods and i fancied a bite and was lucky enough to come across a little italian place called Zia Teresa.

I was greeted wıth bıg smiles and the service was good throughout. To start with I had the classic proscuitto melone. Then I treated myself to a veal chop with butter and sage sauce. was dıvıne.

Great experience hope to visit agaın soon

My mother and I visited London in October, 2005 and were very lucky to find this restaurant. It quickly became our destination for dinner for the final two nights of our trip. The food was great and plentiful...a value for the money. The staff was friendly and accomodating. And the central location across from Harrod's is a plus.

We ate here once and it had horibble service and food that was not worth the money paid. The high price is likely due to its location to Harrods. We sat at our table for over ten minutes before someone came to our table and after our food was delivered they never stopped by again.

Don't waste you time eating here.

Visit this restaurant after each trip to Harrods.

Great value for money, large dishes and, friendly staff. A nice place to relax and re-fuel after a long days shopping.

Always served on time with no hanging around.

Ate here last night and had a lovely dinner. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Very quiet in the evening though, I imagine this is much more of a lunch time place due to its proximity to Harrods. So if you are out shopping definitely pop in for a bite to eat - the price is very reasonable considering the quality and flavour.

Not a bad little restaurant to nip into if you happen to be visiting Harrods (which it is adjacent to).

I had a very good lunch there recently.

It was nice to be seated near the open Kitchen hatch, where 3 chefs were visible working the pans and talking and laughing loudly in Italian - always a good sign.

Started with nicely garlicky Bruschetta Con Pomodoro . Main course of Tagliatelli with Courgettes and Tomatos was superb. It was skilfully made and presented, great texture and nicely balanced sauce. You can be served far inferior food in London for similar prices. Not bad at all!
