Food sort of OK served by surly french teenagers which would add to the odd 80's charm (music - hank marvin plays ABBA, decor - L Ashley would be proud, crowd - err pension eligible) IF they didn't have the quite stunning audacity to ad 15% to the bill for 'service' which involved pretending not to understand the word 'water'. Steak for a fish restaurant was good, not great texture but full of flavour, wine was, er, red. Wanted to like it cos I'm a local, but didn't.
