Townhouse

I believe this play to be one of the relaxed and modern bar. It's very dimly lit and the atmosphere is very rich. Besides the good looking people that come, the drinks are well prepared and really good. I didn't try any food but I am sure it is good. Definitly recommend it, although I didn't understand some things showing on the tv, it was still a great atmosphere and not too loud!

Really nothing to say thats positive about this place. Its small to the point you feel suffocated. The food is Weatherspoons meets your local old mens pub. The prices are stupidly high - and when the service and food is not that great you end up really pee'd off.....I wanted a private room for about 50 people, so they put us upstairs in a room fit for no more than 20...i had asked for nibbles, which came out late and then only one plate at a time.....our coats were all dumped one on top of the other on a makeshift table....NICE !!!!Needless to say we did not spend the whole evening there!

I reserved a place in the upstairs bar for my 30th birthday. My criteria were for a space in which the music wasn't so loud I couldn't hear myself speak, some guaranteed seating and food. The Townhouse surpassed this. The room was cosy and relaxed and the service was incredible. The bar staff made the group feel special which was a nice bonus. The music was never annoying, and the tunes were pretty pleasant. The food is bar snack material. It's never going to blow you away, but all in all, it went down well in our group as did the cocktails which were far superior.

I was pretty specific about what I wanted in terms of venue and for me, this place worked. Interestingly, I wasn't that bothered about the main bar or the private room downstairs.
