Hanoi Cafe

I really enjoyed my evening at Hanoi Cafe. We got there when it was fairly empty, but it quickly got very busy. The food was delicious and service was good! Would definitely come back!

It was only because that both Song Que and Viet Hoa were packed to the rafters I stumbled into this pretty much empty joint. I was hungry enough to give it a go despite the lack of diners. The Pho was commendable but the beef slices swimming in the soup were not exactly generous, but hey, for £4.50 a serving I'm being mean. The Soft Shell Crab for under £3.00 has to be the cheapest in London; absolutely divine. Service is friendly but snail like. This place is a great find, away from the masses.

The Hanoi Cafe is definitely authentic and unprenentious, amazing value for money and would recommend. This is a brilliant find, excellent value for money, great food and staff. Half of our group arrived late but we were not pressured at all even though it got very busy. Would definitely go back!

very nice family run restaurant. good is tasty and fresh. if you want authentic then i'd say this is a little of hanoi on the kingsland road!

pleasant restaurant, with nice atmosphere and quality food to match. i would definitely recommend people try this place if they feel overwhelmed by the choice of restaurants on the same road.

Excellent restaurant. went there for friends birthday. really enjoyed it with everyone and got free drink for birthday girl. i had the caramalised ginger pork and sticky rice with a couple of vietnamese beers. service was very good, no complaints,,,even though it was packed up inside, we got served on time and had no problems at all. def be comin bak here when im next in this part of town.

really relaxed with good quality not fussy vietnamese food. i come here often and ive never had any problems. i always go for the duck dishes especially caramalised ginger duck. yum.

A grim restaurant with nasty greasy overcooked food that was more fat than meat. Service was slow, not all our dishes arrived. The quality is reflected in the price.

This restrauant was horrible, boring food, tacky decoration, hopeless staff - compulory service charge. There are much better quality Vietnamese restrauants in the area.
