So long as you're not in a rush, then Peter de Wit's is one of S.E. London's true hidden gems. Lovely food, friendly service (although patience is required - it's a tiny kitchen for a tiny restaurant!), great value... and the clincher: wonderful music on their jazz evenings. If you're in the mood for a gentle, convivial evening of jazz & food - and so long as you're not in a rush - then Peter de Wit's is a wonderful place.
