Taste of Raj is always fabulous. The owner is a real gent and his staff are excellent. The food is alwyas good and the prices hard to fault.

Having read the 2 bad reports of the Raj, we decided to vist the Indian Rest. next door on a Saturday evening.

There were 4 people at a table - at 8.30pm. The Raj had 2 tables free "what to do?

We risked going in and had a very enjoyable meal in a buzzing resraurant with attentative waiters. Will return

Having read the reviews on this website, we decided to visit this restaurant last Saturday.

We were very disappointed with our meal, finding it very bland and tasteless.

The service was initially very good, but let down by having to wait half an hour for our bill, despite the restaurant not being very busy. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We are regular customers since we moved to Palmers Green in 1993. We never had a bad dinning experience. Food is consinstantly excellent.Service cannot be faulted - no matter how busy it gets, the staff always make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the years, our family and friends were lucky enough to also experience this restaurant when visiting London. Now they sing its praises around UK and abroad.

Some relatives were so impress on their first visit that they now make a regular 60mile round trip just to dine here.

We live nearby and always love eating at 'The Raj'. Great food, nice people, very cheap and always busy. Best Indian for miles.

We had a great meal at this restaurant. It was absolutely packed and the staff were all run off their feet. But despite a wait to order our food we never once felt ignored, with the staff constantly checking to make sure we were ok with drinks and doing their best to get to us as quickly as possible. The food really was great and there was lovely friendly, lively atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it.

This Restaurant certainly meets the standards as it has the best service and food in town.

I have been a regular in Taste Of raj for over 9 years and me & my wife always recommand this place to all our friends & families.

I must say my favourite dish was the special lamb pasanda, and the raj naan.
