I have never written a review but thought this restaurant was so poor in character, ambiance and quality of main causes i needed to warn others.

Two of us had dinner there on a thursday night - other than us there was no one else there although another couple arrived about 8.30pm and then that was it for the whole night.

Entrees of Anti Pasta and Egplant parmagina were actually very good - say 8 out of 10. But for the mains we both had a pasta dish and in each case the sause (mussels and other seafood combinations) were just not quite right. Overall about a 3 or 4 out of 10 for the main courses. Pasta over cooked and salty - in fact the M&S linguine seafood takehome pasta is significantly better and tastier.

I have never written a review before but I have not come across a restaurant I think deserves it more. I’m a huge fan of Italian food! This is one of the few restaurants I’ve come across in London, that actually makes an effort (and succeeds) to serve authentic Italian dishes. A few previous reviewers have stated that it’s a little pricey…please consider the ingredients and time that goes into making things from scratch rather than buying pre-packaged foods that you could easily get from any supermarket and cook yourself at home! They make their own home made pasta, they use good quality porcini mushrooms, home made panettone (most places I’ve been to buy the ready stuff from Italian deli’s), Umbrian black truffle & also have a great selection of wines! The menu does not have one million choices, which in this case is a clear example of quality over quantity! Simply a must for Italian food lovers!

This place is a little gem. Truly Italian and not afraid to go against teh current of cheesy and oversaucy Italian crappy places. I wonder if teh guy who says that teh pasta was underdone knows how it should be cooked. Their home made pasta is the best dish on the menu but you can get great meat and weird desserts as well. Casarau as a starter i a must/ Took my 'in laws' last week and it was a real success. If you look for something regionala and different I definitely reccommend it/

Decent little restaurant if a bit pricey. Nice, fresh, authentic Italian food - the fresh pasta is a treat. If their prices were a little lower it would be a wholehearted recommendation but as it is you just end up feeling very slightly short-changed. Still well worth a visit though.

Went here last saturday night for dinner - it's a cute little place with cosy atmosphere but the food was a little too out of the ordinary for my liking. And a bit expensive for what it was. The pasta I had was underdone and a bit salty although my starter of aubergine was great. The service was great, but then again they were almost empty....

Fantastic - hidden away in Putney and is certainly one of my new favourites. I have been twice in the last few weeks and look forward to returning.

Another fantastic night spent at this wonderful restautant! It's just the best place ever, amazing food, great wines, nice decor, relaxing atmosphere and friendliness of staff combine to make this the only restaurant you will want to go to!
