Another visit (5th) to Da Marios proves yet again a fantastic evening with great food. Staff still friendly and efficient and food tasty and very good value. Will return.

A truly excellent experience. This is definitely one to come back to.

Food - wow. I'm only dropping a point because I thought certain items were lacking in flavour. But every other aspect was spot on. All ingredients were cooked to perfection and the presentation was worthy of a Michelin star.

Their service is an example to all other restaurants. I was early for a booking but they didn't make a fuss. They just made a few notes on their sheet, gave me a table and made a joke out of it. Given that this was their busiest night of the week, I thought this was quite impressive. I would have accepted a short wait. Furthermore, even on their busiest night, they didn't keep anyone waiting. The kitchen must have been flat out.

The decor in this place is amazing! It's very modern - rather like one of those showcase dining rooms in a home improvement store, but with a lived-in look. It is a bit cramped but the use of space doesn't make you feel uneasy. You're not knocking elbows with other diners. It would be quite easy to have a private conversation here.

And I have no idea how they do all this for the price. With two three-course meals plus drinks for around £50, I do hope this restaurant will be open for a long time to come.

I'm going here again tonight because it's the best Italian restaurant in London. My friend from Ireland will be joining us - he refuses to eat anywhere else when he's in town. Perfect.

Fantastic food! all freshly made pasta with great homemade sauces as well as homemade desserts - a great find and excellent value for money. My wife & I have been back a dozen times and never left disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous, authentic Italian cooking, great atmosphere.

Try their fresh pasta dishes or the interesting specials available.

Many return visit and Da Mario just gets better.

Great cosy Italian restaurant. Very professional, friendly Italian staff (it feels like you're part of the family!) and the best ravioli I've tasted (they also offer gluten free pasta on their menu) outside of Italy - but Da Mario IS Italy really, food excellent and the vegetarians in our party are very well catered for. It's nice to be greeted by friendly staff who know how to look over their customers whether you return once again or on a regular basis.

Note: Definitely call and book ahead if you don't wanted to be disappointed by asking for a table at the door to find out they are fully booked (esp. Saturday).

This was our 4th visit to Da Marios and we have never been disappointed. Staff still friendly and efficient. Food excellent.Whenever we visit London, this is where we eat!

i went to Da Mario's yesterday with my parents. My father is italian and as such doesn't always enjoy italian restaurants. however with this restaurant we were all very impressed and i would say that i tasted the best pasta i've ever eaten in an italian restaurant in the uk.

the restaurant was small and intimate and the staff friendly. we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we think that its worth seeking out this particular restaurant when visiting covent garden rather than going like everyone else into the covent garden market area.
