Well one thing I think you always remember is your last great sunday roast, I will not be forgeting the one I had here. I decided to warm up in preperation for the queens roast with some classic pub grub, whitebait, It was cooked beautifully nice and crispy. Fully warmed up the epic feast that lied ahead I ordered my queens roast, I got a huge plate with beef, lamb, goosnargh chicken and double the trimmings. It wasn't the size that has gotten me so excited but the standard. The meat was cooked to perfection, med rare for the meats, and the chicken was of such high standard, then the gravy to round it all off. I will be sorting my hangovers everyweek from now on.
