A little gem in Earlsfield.
My wife is a tapas expert and our challenge is not going here too often.... because it is (literally) a couple of minutes further away from the train station I guess this is why you can always get a table.
Food very good, service always friendly, wine list not extensive but hearty enough, and v good value.

I have dined at the Earsfield branch of this restaurant on many occasion.
The atmosphere is relaxed, with lovely music in the background, the waitrons are fluent in Spanish and add to the experience with native tongue, and pronounciations of their dishes. Simple things like that can add to the atmoshphere.
The food is always a treat for the tastebuds, it is so wonderful to explore different dishes, sharing and swopping forkfuls with your fellow diners. Not to mention the jugs of Sangria - definately a must have! The Chorizo and chicken, melanzane, and meatballs are a lovely combination of flavours, and the addition of artichokes and the blue cheese and potato dumplings are amazing!
The desserts do not disappoint either, I have had the cream cheese ice cream with honey and nuts before, and it was heaven!
A lovely night out with a few friends!
And the lollipops that come with your bill, finish the night off!

Wow, this is truly boring and bog standard tapas.
OK I've spoilt myself with others. but after all that whatever the price tag Sancho Panza is so underwhelming.
It's not bad, it's edible but just very predictable with no life or taste to it all. It's a mush of flavours and textures.
Shame because it's a nice place and location.

Like Don Quijote like Sancho Panza. The ignorant, illiterate Sancho Panza proves himself as a wise and kind man. He has the clear mind of a true thinker. This tapa bar is true to the area like Sancho Panza is true to Don Quijote. The food is glorious, the price is honest, the services is attentive. The owner could work a little bit on the music sound thought.

On Satuday I celebrated my birthday there and I was very positivly surprised. Had never been to this restaurant before.
The food was very nice, but the service was slightly slow.
And to top it all off, they did not have enough chocolate cake for us 13 people, so do check if that is what you want.
But must agree with previous reviews, the restaurant needs more atmosphere, darker walls, some nice spanish music and candles, nothing makes a place more cosy than candles.
But do try this restaurant it is well owrth it.

After reading such fab reviews we travelled across from West London especially to eat at Sancho Panza.
Everything was generally fine - food was reasonably good (with a couple of exceptions), menu was authentic and service was good. What was missing was any atmosphere. It is just too light and airy to pull off proper tapas bar. The Spanish rendition of My Way playing in the background didn't help.
As a tip, try the albondigas (meatballs) and gambas (prawns), but avoid the Patatas Bravas which we found a bit soggy - a shame given this is such a staple part of a Tapas menu.

It was really nice! I spent my birthday in SAncho Panza with all my friends and it was just fabulous!
The service is very kind and helpful and the atmosfhere quiet romantic, not to mention the food: absolutely delicious!. I loved his Spanish music. Flamenco, jazz...
Now I usually book a table every Friday or Saturday evening.

After reading such good comments from other people, I decided to have a get together for my girlfriends birthday. I must say I was impressed with everything from the decor to the staff. Even better than that the food was amazing and the price was reasonable. I suggest anyone who may have had a poor experience of Tapas to come here and that will change. I'm definatly going back even if its just for the Sangria!
