Reading last comments I can tell I was quite distressed to have a business lunch there. When you meet a oversea business partner for the first time you would like everything be just perfect...you know ...the first impression.
A good friend...recommendation.
I ordered the Rocket and Parmesan salad with pine kernels as a sure bet...then grilled seabass.
The restaurant was quite busy ...and there was something I had no clear in mind...why they were all there??? with that review...
Well I can tell my anxiety was unjustified...food simply fabulous, light...yummy .
Staff smiling at all times and I managed to have a detailed description of the cheese selection too.
The whole experience...SIMPLY SUPERB, my guests impressed.
I'll be back.

The food here is excellent. Some say it's over-priced but come on, it's central London not Wigan. The veal with parmesan crust is simply superb. But..and it's a big but...the service is appalling. Really appalling. Slow and with attitude. I object to being looked at with disdain when I ask for a little more carrasau bread. I object to waiting 40 minutes for my starter and then being told that I hadn't waited that long at all. I'm not a retard and I can tell the time. 1.10pm to 1.50pm is 40 minutes - it's not difficult, children. Don't argue with the customer and especially not when he's right. There was no apology and no real attempt to put things right. And, whilst I'm on this rant, the thing that annoyed me the most (and it happens elsewhere) is asking when the food might arrive and being told it's on it's way when the waiter can't possibly know that as he hadn't been to the kitchen in 10 minutes and instead of dashing off to find the food he went to serve another table. Why work in the hospitality industry with that sort of arrogant attitude?

Although I found this to be a pretty safe bet in the past, with decent cooking, the service has recently taken a turn for the worse. I have been left waiting too long, and the attitude of the senior waiter/manager is borderline unpleasant. Won't be going back until this is sorted out. They should hire more staff in the kitchen, or take fewer bookings.

I've eaten at Quirinale a few times since reading favourable reviews and I've never been disappointed. The food is consistently high quality and the whole experience is authentic Italian (apart from the London location!).
Italian wine is underrated and is therefore reaonably priced. As a result a great meal with equally great wine whilst not cheap, won't break the bank.

Fabulous quality of food and the perfect setting for a catch up or business meeting when you need to be able to talk.
Quite expensive - but worth every penny.
Best cheese menu I have seen - though I still went for the desert - divine.
Definite return - just a question of how soon?

We had a very ordinary 3 course meal there which came to £56.39, EACH. Portions were tiny. Service was fine but twe hought the whole meal was totally overpriced and the food only worth half what we paid each, if that .Drinks were far too expensive too. I do not recommend going here at all. It's a total waste of money.

I am a devoted fan who has been going to Quirinale ever since they opened. One of the reasons I like this place so much is because of how different their menu is to other Italian restaurants here in London. By "different" I mean it is the closest thing to actually eating in Italy. I have enjoyed regional dishes here that I have previously only had in Italy. The Chef certainly deserves a Michelin star for cooking at this level. Thank you for introducing me to your homemade "picci" pasta!!! I have dreams about it!!!!!

Quirinale
This was a very pleasant restaurant, with friendly and efficient service. You can even celebrity-spot if you are into politicos. We sat next to the BBC’s political correspondent, unselfconsciously having lunch with a junior minister (who was dramatically called out mid-way through, and had to have his main course kept warm for him). BBC paid the bill, I am happy to report. However, it is just silly to compliment the food. I would say it was typically Italo-inglese - decent recipes only half-decently put together. My seafood starter was overcooked by a mile, the pork main course too dry and the elaborate dessert was, well, sweet and little else. I might have wanted to go back - for the ambiance and service - but it was way too expensive for cooking with such basic faults. Wine list was fairly standard, if decent, and surprisingly reasonably priced

I have been dining many times at Quirinale and I finally decided to write a couple of words. The menu is amazing as service and atmosphere are. I'm a big fan of their pastas selection! The waiters and the manageress are always attentive and during busy lunches quick and ready to satisfy their guests...excellent Italian!

What a great surprise. No great expectations when you dine in this part of the world but a great experience from the start. Friendly, good (well trained for a change) service and classy Italian food. Reasonable wine list. £140 for three inc. drinks and service. I'll certianly go again.
