I do not know about the others, but this was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. TO say the food was tasteless is an understatement, service was was exceptionally unattentive and ignorrant.

Overall a bad experience, will never come back.

Arrived very late sunday night, just as they were closing. Shown to our table and immediatley received complimentary soup bread etc. Service was pleasant and quick without feeling rushed. The food was new to us, so we kept things simple. Starters and main course very tasty and very filling.

The restaurant itself looked very clean (new ?) and the low seats were very comfortable. The bill including a bottle of house red came to about £37.00 for two people.

Will definitly be returning when in the area. A great little discovery.

The food came swiftly and was good. The restaurant ambience was pleasant. The place was clean. The staff were attentive. The bill came to £25 for one starter, one glass of wine, two mains (and complimentary bread and soup).

All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would go back next time I'm in the mood

for Mediterranean/Middle eastern food.

Went back to Tas Pide for the second time last night and was so impressed I felt compelled to write my first review.

The food, service and price are amazing. For 2 we had calamari starter, mussels starter, one beef Pide and one chicken Pide for £40 (That’s with a £13 bottle of wine) and we got complimentary soup, bread and olives.

This place is so good you want to keep it secret!

After a disastrous night at a different Turkish restaurant we visited Tas Pide, what a fab place. The waiter asked us if an hour was long enough which was music to my husbands ears as he doesnt like to hang around. No sooner had we sat down when we received the complimentary soup, olives and bread. All the food we had was excellent, both of us had pide and was delicious. Service and food was fab and the restaurant surroundings were lovely too. Would definitely make a point of visiting here again when we are next in London.

Went to Tas Pide, Golbe Walk on 5/5/06. Great value, yummy food ( we had the vegetarian meze) and very good service. We were given a soup as a complimentary dish with plenty of delicious bread. The meze is deceptive and does not appear to be that substantial - but there was plenty of it, it was very delectable and we had no room for dessert. The atmopshere was relaxing and the decor etc was excellent. Can't wait to make a return visit.

Unbelievably good value. 5 girls in party season up for a tasty, not-too-hard-on-the-pocket, meal out. The food was great - I recommend the borek and the aubergine starters (the hummus was a bit bland - more garlic needed). We all had pides and they were tasty but very heavy - I guess to be expected from bread based, pizza-type things. Wine was ok too. Vegetarians were also catered for. Live music of the guitar variety meant a happy, if slightly cheesy vibe. 10 out of 10 for the staff - they were totally swamped with Christmas parties - but still attentive and good natured. You'll definitely need to book. We had a good night and ate our fill, with a range of starters to share, a main course and plenty of wine - all for less than £20 each. A great budget place.

In the words of Peter Kay "you can't argue with them prices" - well worth going for both food and atmosphere. If you do go, however, don't have their house white wine -its seriously bad!
