The place is an overpriced dump with the worst staff from door through to management

The staff are arrogant rude and disinterested.

I cant think of anything good to say about this place but I do know from experience it will ruin your evening. There are many better places nearby - try PJs

And by the way I do not have a personal interest, it is just an awful experience.

Massively disappointed. I'd heard good things about the Roadhouse from friends but unless you're 16 I just don't think you'll enjoy it. Firstly its £10 to get in (on a Friday night). This sets your expectations high... but they won't be met. Drinks taste watered down and the music is average. The staff are incredibly cocky/rude and we actually found them 'removing' our hand bags at one point....apparently putting your bag in the corner is a security risk! Good for 1 drink but that is all.

Don't expect decent treatment from the doorman !

Seriously, I cannot recommend this place. It is the first time in my life that I received bad treatment for the doorman. Also, is overcrowded, expensive and overrated ... there are too many clubs much better in London to visit. For instance, in islington or Camden there are several options.

Yesterday, I was quite dissapointed when we went with my brother who a few hours ago was landed from Miami. We wanted to have a good time in an allegedly a live music venue, but instead we received the worst service from the bald rude guy who receive the customers at doors. Finally, we left this awful place and then we went to Camden were we had wonderful time in different amazing venues much more cheaper and better service so far.

I call umbrage here against these know-alls remarks...if this was the rude boisterous group who kept moaning about not getting a table straight away, when me and my wife and friends had to listen to this lot rabbiting on and on ...then I am suprised they were not escorted off the premises of this lovely restaurant forthwith.

As for our table of 6 - we had a great meal, great wine and the strawberry curry was divine... how clever, how inovative, how delicious..

goodbye obnoxious peeps,,hello lovely din dins!

Food - While not actually unpleasant not worth going out for.

Service - Front of house - smiley, Waiting staff - disinterested, Security - Surly.

Atmosphere - Brash, loud, badly lit.

Value for Money - This is Covent Garden so you don't expect it to be cheap. To be fair there are offers so you could economise a bit. Saying that I'm not going back. Ever.

Just returned from a night out where ten friends and I went to Roadhouse.

The staff were unbelievably rude to us with absolutely no provocation whatsoever.

We were asked to leave our table as "other people want food" yet no-one else sat there for the rest of the night.

We were told we could not stand in a particular place, could not sit at a table that was not being used, and after only being there for 20 minutes, I asked a staff member a question and was told to "stop talking in that way otherwise I'll escort you out immediately".

Definitely do NOT reccommend!

For what it is the Roadhouse is bang on the mark! Yes its tacky and cheesy but the waitresses and barman always have a smile on their faces and food is great and easy eating! You get the flare of the barman throwing bottles in the air to make your cocktail with all the American trimmings (think TGI Fridays with music but less stuff on the wall)!

Slightly tacky but ok. Staff and most of the cocktails were great with the exception of one woman who called herself the manager (i hope this is not the case) and decided to walk around being rude to all of the customers all night for no reason. For this reason alone I would not return.

Would say cocktails were good value on the 2 4 1 offer but wouldnt want to pay full price. Food was pretty awful and wouldnt want to eat here again even on the offer.

Top marks to staff who were all friendly and efficient.
