the place looks great and the staff were very accomdating and were very pleasant. However the food was very standard but very overpriced. They also do not have a lot of choice on there menu. They do not do platters or many desserts. Overall disappointed.

I visited Kanchans for a birthday meal and was very disappointed. Kanchans staff were rude and arrogant.

The food was not great but the attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing. We went for a pleasant meal and to enjoy the evening but left feeling disappointed.

In short it is overpriced, the food average and the service from staff terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant.

you have got to try this restaurant.the chefs are all ex 5 star hotel trained and the food is really high standard.fresh and very tasty.the service is excellent.if he's about meet the co-owner,peter baxi,what a character......

This is a pretty classy place. The decor is great!. The food was good and I enjoyed it, but I think if you are a vegetarian you might not enjoy it as much, especially.

It is an expensive place, so you would not go there all the time. I guess you might go there for a special occasion. I think they also have music on certain days. I have memories of it being somewhat smokey. Well worth visiting at least once!
