to know whether to visit this restaurant, quick answer is BIG NO.
to read more- i have always been a great fan for vietnamese food and since this restaurant lies in the heart of soho, i have always frequented it with the hope that the bad service i have received (over and over again) will not happen then next time- well thats me being wayy to generous with them in the name of convenience.
I have order noodle soup several times, and they arent cheap (around gbp 4.5) and i must say, they are of very low quality- small bowl with measly meats scattered on top.
I have brought a few guest there over the weekend and it has brought me embarrassment. the waiters have been awfully rude to us by rushing us to our seats (despite it being peak period) and dishes of food are literally dumped to the table right in front of us. What i despise as well is the adding of unknown service charges to the bill without proper explanation; honestly, they no need deserve even my 10 pence of tip.
dear all, please stay away from restaurant that do not respect customers nor good food; they need to be boycotted to learn their lessons!!!

I only come to this place for the grilled chicken (chicken on the bone not the satay veriety) on rice, that in itself is worth a pilgrimage. The rest is all oh oh dear. The Pho is synthetic and the rest of the menu is purely Chinese at heart and poor to boot.

I visited this restaurant (Feb08) and chose the set menu which was billed as 3 dishes: Noodle Soup with pork slices, Vietnamese Spring rolls and a pork kebab style dish. The noodle soup was OK but then a dish was brought containing two of the smallest kebabs I have ever seen, about 5" long and two spring rolls both offerings presented on limp lettuce. This cost me £9.20. The poorest value for money meal I have ever had in Soho.
