This is the place to go if you want a quiet indian meal where the food is delicious and the surroundings agreable. There are about 10-12 tables of four.
They do a buffet where you can eat as much as you wish for a fixed price. The choice is from one chicken, one lamb and one vegetable curry, with chicken pieces and naan bread and bombay potato and onion bhaji included.
Drinks and a starter and sweet are extra. But for about £10 you can have a feast.
They do take-away as well, of course.
The ambience is pleasant and unpretentious. The sweets tend to be from the ubiquitous coloured glossy menu that covers a variety of frozen ice cream dishes.
The staff are always courtious and friendly but not extrovert. I visit there with friends at least every 3 weeks. Try it, you will enjoy it.
