The Real Greek

We went to the Real Greek last night for a celebratory meal, unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the food and the awful customer service. The meze we ordered was nice but about halfway through eating a chicken wrap my boyfriend realised it was pink. The waiting girl offered to cook it a bit more but by then we'd finished the rest of our food and had been put off eating any more, so she offered to take it off the bill.
The manager then came over and was extremely aggressive, he tried to tell us that chicken should be pink and that white chicken meant it was overcooked or 'boiled'! I have never heard this before in my life and have since checked several Food Standards agencies which confirm that chicken should be white all the way through!
The manager then refused to take it off our bill and they also automatically added a 12.5% service charge - what a cheek!

Forget it - There is nothing real about this restaurant. The food is awful, the service slow and not a real Greek waiter in sight. I can truly say it ranks as one of the worst top 10 restaurants in London.

A group of us(Real Greeks) went to "The real Greek" only to experience that it was not so Real after all, pretentious, expensive and far from being the Real Greek...
