I took my mother and sister for a mothers day meal and was very welcomed even though I booked the wrong day, although we had to vacant the table in 1 hour I didnt mind so much as we had 50% off the bill, Pleaseantly surprised, the food tasted great, service was top form apart from the wait for the noodles with our main meal. The desert was incredible. Will go again

We went there a couple of weeks ago, and I have to agree with the previous reviews. The food is good, the lamb palak was really good (some portions are maybe a bit small: baby aubergine as main course was not really big). The service is smooth, attentive and the staff is really nice. The only problem was the soundproofing, the place gets really noisy when it's full...

This is one of my favourite restaurants in South East London.

Mango Tree is a modern Indian restaurant where you go a couple of times and you are then welcomed as if part of the family!

The staff are attentive and friendly, the food is absolutely delicious. They are always very happy to cater for all tastes with regards to the spice and hottness of dishes so never be frightened to speak up.

Having been there several times we have tried the majority of the menu and it is all devine, the meat, poultry and fish simply melt in your mouth. All superb quality ingredients which is evident throughout the menu. Expect dishes like green lipped mussels, lambshank and calamari offering a thoroughly modern interpretation of indian cuisine, whilst maintaining the usual favourites on the menu.

Whilst I agree with the previous reviewer - yes the tables are close together, you have to bear in mind that this is a small place, probably only seats 40 diners!

The interior is modern, bright, welcoming and spotless.

This is off the beaten track however I urge you to find this delightful establishment - you will not be dissapointed!

Found this restaurant by accident while looking for the Meniere Chocolate factory.

Wasnt sure it was open but glad to say it was. Very nice ambience and warmly welcomed.. Excited to see that there were 3 Fish curry's on the menu and plenty of other choices. Food was delicious and service and price excellent. Will certainly go again and reccomend to my friends Only slight drawback tables were quite close together. This wasn't a problem at the time as we were dining early and it wasn't full
