I can't sing the praises high enough of this fabulous wine bar - just what Clapham has been waiting for! If you are over 22 (and even if you're not) and sick of the meat-market, loud, noisy and rude pubs and bars in the area, this is a breath of fresh air! The wine list is extraordinary and has some of the best wine I've ever tasted - am particuarly fond of "Take Home Tuesday" where you pay the same price for a bottle of wine in the bar as it would cost to buy it and take it home - for example a fabulous Pouilly-fume reduced from £27 to £17.

The food is amazing - ranging from simple bar snacks like salted almonds or houmous and hot grilled pitta bread to fresh fish platters - the crab is fantastic!

The staff are so friendly and helpful - particuarly in helping you pick out a bottle you haven't tried before. The decor is fantastic - sofas and cushions downstairs and light and airy upstairs. It is perfect for either a gossip with your best friends or a romantic date. Quite simply, it's my new favourite place!
