I went to Han Karaoke and it is a great looking place near to New Malden train station, has spectacular decor with a modern and authentic Oriental blend. The Karaoke rooms are absolutely amazing and have an incredible sound system with loads of music.

The food was good, service ok, and the bar is a nice place to hang out.

This Korean restaurant, bar & karaoke is a total joke.

Do not be fooled, and go to this place for food, drinks or karaoke.

The waiting staff does not know what they doing, and gives out the wrong information to it's customers. The management are even worse.

I was a victim of being fooled.

If you want real Korean dishes, and proper service, dine somewhere else.

If you are in New Malden, stay away from this place.

This has to be the worst restaurant we have ever been to. We were advised by the waiter to let them order us a variety of starters-which we did. There was a very small amount per person which took about an hour to come.

We ordered our main course at the same time as the starters and our food took over 2 hours to come to our table. It was cold and the waiters did not know which dish was which (couldnt distinguish between salmon/seabass and beef/lamb and duck/pork)! When we complained they took our food and reheated it! When we explained that we didnt want reheated food the waiter was rude demanding an explanation!

When the bill came they refused to take the main courses off of the bill and we had to pay 50% of the main courses. Dont bother! They ruined a birthday night out for everyone.
