The Indian Zest (Zilla and Zing) chain offer some of the best Indian food I've had in London. Interesting and unusual dishes, great service and atmosphere, not swimming in oil!

We return again and again.

An excellent Indian restaurant in the true sense..... Authentic to the point of perfection. went with an American business associate of mine and he kept asking the Manager to open couple of indian zest in New York.

In total, great food, warm & cheerful staff and value for money.

I was extremely impressed with Indian Zest. I recently took my wife for dinner, and found that the food was served in significant quantities and tasted fantastic.

Quite frankly, I wish they would just buy Bombay Bicycle and turn them all into Indian Zest - at least then I wouldn't have to trek far to visit them.

My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the food. I sampled the Mussels, Chicken and Lobster - my wife the Lobster . All were very impressive, and we had plenty leftover to take home for lunch the next day. I didn't sample the Chops, Baby Lamb or Soft shell crab, but the people either side were happily chomping away at them and were loudly singing their praises.

The service was very good. The only downside was I couldn’t pour wine fine for my wife which i always like to do. Our server was incredibly helpful and I didn't pour my own wine once the whole evening.

We could see loads of blokes waiting at the bar.

My only criticism of Indian Zest is that there aren't enough of them - its the way Bodeans should be, and I cannot wait to go back to Indian Zest for another feeding frenzy!!

Go, and you won't be disappointed :-)

we went there with a group of 5 people. must say the worst food ever we have eaten considering we are ourselves indian. The staff was terrible especially a the manager who seemed the most abnoxious person we ever met. we got our food in drabs. a few starters and then two of the main course dishes. followed by starters and after we finished and complained profusely about the shamble our breads arrived with dessert.

perfectly disaterous.. won't recomend to even an enemy..

distasteful and pathetic service and very mediocre food.. irrespective of how it did come.

have visited there once before and it was indeed good then.. heard the chefs have changed..

would not ask you to visit..
