I booked a table for 9th July 2011and I have to mention that the lady taking my booking was very helpful. Originally I wanted to book for 7:30 pm but they were fully booked being a Saturday but she offered me a table for 8:30 which was very helpful. We went and were seated on a nice cozy area which I was looking for as I was with my two little kids. The staff was very helpful and well mannered. The food was excellent and the I have to mention that they make lovely Samosa's and excellent Lamb Chops. I would always recommend this restaurant and do not listen to others comments but go and experience the food and service. Thank you guys you are all rocking...

One of the best Restaurants i have ever been to in this country. Good quality food, very nice ambience and specially very friendly and professional staff. Best quality of the restaurant is that they go for an extra mile to satisfy the guest.

Also the concept of two separate kitchens is out of this world

Good work guys keep it up

We went to Pannas on Saturday, having been there a couple of times before and really enjoyed the food. There were 12 of us and we were seated promptly. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was prompt about the evening. We waited 20 minutes for popapdoms and then when we ordered our starters we waited another 45 minutes. We had young children in group and they were really getting grumpy. When our starter eventually arrived, they were COLD. We sent them back and were told by the manager that it was an issue with their computer system. They were apologetic and said they would do someting to compensate. Our Mains came promptly and were good. We were then told that we would be given complimentary desserts.

Unfortunately it was now 11.30, we had been at the restaurant since 8.30 and dessert was the last thing on our mind. We declined and asked that our bill be revised accordingly, i.e. perhaps not paying for all starters that were ordered considering that they were cold and late!! The manager then continued to tell us that we had only waited for 40 minutes for our starters according to his computer system that he had earlier told us was having problems!! The manager offered us £20 discount off a bill that was £190. As you can imagine we were not happy and when we asked what else they could do the manager was rude, arrogant and refused to budge!!! They even called the bouncer on a us; a family!! Needless to say I would definitely never go back here and would NOTrecommend it. I have had better service at the local Kebabish!!

Great food and a great venue!

Before our meal at pannas we enjoyed a couple of games of bowling downstairs and the kids loved the arcades. We then enjoyed a few drinks at pannas bar before we were seated in the main restaurant. I must say the deco and layout of the place is extraordinary, you certainly don't feel like your in london.

The food took a while but tasted delicious and fresh, the chilli paneer was like no other.

Recommend the place to anyone looking for a game of bowling, Arcades, Pool, Drinks and a really great indian.

On arrival to resturant, greeted by a friendly staff, who initially showed me around, a wonderful dining area complete with fountain, which is centre of attention, before allowing me to sit at the bar, where i was givena nice cold drink before my evening meal.

I waited just a short while before being led to my table. The way the sitting arrangements are distributed, like no other I've seen in England, are on different levels and sections. You feel as though you are part of the resturant, aswell as seperate. In other words, you could sit with a large croud, your family and/ or friends, dine alone or with a partner and still feel part of the resturant.

With triditional and far eastern style of music accompaning both the modern and.ambience setting, you won't need to go anywhere else.

The staff seem to have an assortment of dishes and styles to offer, with professional advice and/or information, catering for all people with all types of tastes. The Manager also seems polite catering for peoples needs.

The prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to give it a try and see for themselves.

This is a very clean and beautifully presented restaurant with amazing decor. I have been here on numerous ocassions and each time my expectations have been exceeded. It is a very busy place and is very popular so for Birthdays I have had to book in advance.

The staff are really friendly and attentive without being in your face like you get with the usual Asian places and the food is really good too ecspecially the meat dishes and the party arrangments are fantastic.

I would most definitly recommend this restaurant it is just really really good love the food and the staff are really competent and enthusiastic.

i have visited Pannas Restaurant a few times. and everytime the staff manage to exceed my expectation. last saturday the restaurant was full. and we were asked to enjoy a drink at the bar while a table became available. We enjoyed a few cocktails and as soon as a table was available we were ushered in to our table. we were welcomed by the manager and he appologised for the delay in the a table becoming available. which wasnt much of a problem as we did enjoy the cocktails at the bar. The main course arrived within half an hour of being seated. beleive me it was well worth the wait. Compliments to the chef. the food here is like no other this is not your typical bangladeshi take out. i would strongly recomend it. but be sure to book a few days in advance if you're planning to go there on the weekend if you want to be seated straight away.

We went to Panna's to celebrate my daughter's 21st. Having booked the table before-hand we were told that the restaurant was full and we would need to wait. The person in charge simply said, 'Everyone else had booked before you!' So why did they take our booking? The staff were confused and incompetent to handle the situaion. The owner was there too. When we pointed this out to him he simply said 'If you want you can come and train my staff'. He was quite rude in his manner and remarks. We eventually got the table which was much too large for our group. We had to wait for more than half hour drinks and starters and even longer for the main course. Having booked the table for 8.45 we eventually left the place at 11.45; that too without the afters as everyone was so fed up by that time.

The ambience is very nice but there is no organisation and the owner, as we found out, is quite rude and does not seem to care about customer relationship. We did get a discount but we had not gone there to get discount but to have good time on a very special occasion. Needless to say we do not recommend Panna;s to anyone.

Having been to this restaurant on three different occasions over the last nine months, I still have mixed opinions. I can't help but think this could be a great place to dine if the level of service and co-ordination amongst staff were improved.

The food is great and is consistent in terms of flavours and heat, each dish tastes unique with its own combination of spices, fresh ingredients and the naan bread is hot, fresh and melts in the mouth.

The downside is the service. You can easily end up spending 30-45mins just waiting for your starters, even when the restaurant only has about a handful of tables occupied. The mains are better timed, but one can't help but think a bit more motivation is needed at the staff level, I saw no sign of a manager co-ordinating at all.

At the moment, the food ranks highly in my view, but service is lacking.
