Thai Pavilion East

Went here as it's my local and I wondered about the oddly good reviews below. It always looked nice as I walked past, but usually had only a few people inside. My impression is that it's an ok restaurant, but nothing special.

I've been to thailand and know a good pad thai when I see one, and the one here was bland and tasteless. Bit of a slog eating it really, and very disappointing. The curry that I had though was pretty good. Succulent beef and a tasty sauce, so I was quite impressed.

Service was fairly indifferent. Nothing terrible but a bit laid back, not all that attentive, while the place was pretty empty as usual. Cost me £18 in total, which seemed fair enough. I wouldn't mind going back if others were there, but don't think I'll be eating there again otherwise.

I found this restaurant by indication from my friend. Food was great as well as service. We will come back again.

I went the restaurant with my two kids. Not only i found the menu with incredible choices for us but also there was a special menu for the kids. The food was very fresh and light. We totally enjoyed the food, the services and the ambience. The kids took a liking to the fish tanks containing beautiful fish. This is an amazing place to enjoy your dining out and the staffs are so friendly with the kids.
