Bar 163 (Chertsey)

i went to bar 163 last night what a great place. the service was warm and friendly but the real winner was my red mullet. i never had red mullet before but decided to give it a try, it was perfectly cooked and so fresh. at the end of the meal the chef came to speak to us and he was very charming. what a great place i am going back.
