I would implore anyone thinking of going to Dudley's not to bother. I have just come back from a meal with the extended family and was very disappointed. My husband's burger was raw in the middle and the potato wedges were white and clearly uncooked. They advertise chips on the menu but serve undercooked potato chunks instead. They did replace my husbands burger and he says it was nice....

We ordered pancakes as it claims to be a pancake house....OH DEAR. they were raw. seriously it took me 2 minutes to chew my first mouthul. I flipped the pancake over and it was translucent and looked like it hadn't been flipped.

I eat out around 3 times per week and can assure you i would NEVER eat there again and would never recomend it to anyone.

It is overpriced and undercooked.

I hadnt been in here for about a year and was disappointed to find that they have taken alot of the pancake varieties off the menu and started doing mexican dishes!

Still they had some nice flavours for pancakes and waffles. I had crumbled biscuit, banana and toffee and as previous visits i thought it was a shame that they are always cold. They would taste so much nicer if the food was at least a bit warm. The toppings are literally plonked on top of a cold pancake which is a shame. I definately would suggest the waffles and hot chocolate. These are always very nice. I dont know about the mexican food though...i still find the idea of dudleys 'pancake' house serving mexican food???

It had never occured to me to dine out at a pancake house, but Im glad I did. As I went on a Wednesday night the place was fairly quiet, hence the service was quick and the waitresses were very attentive. I had the aubergine and halloumi pancake for my main which was delicious with a side of potato wedges, which were of the frozen variety, so not much cop. The dessert was fab! Pancake topped with banana, milk chocolate, white chocolate and nuts, but was a bit of a mission to finish! All in all came to about £20, including a drink, which I was happy to pay. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this place! Huge pancakes with the most fascinating combination of fillings. The surrounds are cool and comfortable, and its a nice place to hang out with friends.

It also makes a pretty good 'first date' spot as its quirky and a fun place. I've also spotted the odd celeb in there so word must be spreading!

They have another one near Crouch End but for me Barnet is still No.1! If pancakes are your thing you have to check Dudders out.
