Went there last night with a 2 for 1 voucher. 1st time I've been to Wagamama, but I've been to loads simular. I thought the food was OK, and was good value for money (although that may of been down to my voucher!)..... however the service was shockingly bad. The waiter was unless and rude.... in fact I'm still waiting for my glass of water!! They took so long to take the card to pay for the bill, we nearly walked out without paying!!
I may try another Wagamama's but I certainly won't be back to that branch.

Terrible food. I feel very disturbed that they call this place Japanese. Very nice place to sit for tea though.

My Mum & I read about this restaurant in preparation for a trip to London. It was a great choice! A lively and fun atmosphere with a great selection of food which tasted just as good as it sounded. Also, wonderful value!! We would definitely consider returning.

Those of yo of a certain age will remember there was a time before gastropubs, chic restaurants and celebrity mortgage breakers when Wagamama was the only affordable and cool eatery on the block. Sadly while the rest of eat street has moved on this place is stuck in a time-warp of indifferent food, rude staff and an 80s attention to detail. Strictly one for the tourists. Keep your happy memories and stay away from what has become the Hard Rock Cafe of Japanese chain restaurants. Sad.

Excellent. True Wagamama style and quality. Loved it as usual. Staff very friendly and efficient. Just a small complaint about the lack of sufficient air conditioning even though it was the middle of the heatwave, everything else was great, so much so that we ate there twice in the week we were in London.
