Jollof Pot (Broadway Market)

I was absolutely amazed with the Broadway Market in general - so many different foods you would not believe it. Amongst all this, The Jollof Pot is a stall serving Ghanaian food. I guess what they have probably changes daily, but on the Saturday I visited they had Spinach & Egusi stew (their speciality), Groundnut Stew, an African style Goat Curry, Jollof Rice, and Fried Plantains. All the dishes looked and smelled fantastic, but if you want plantains you should note that they will usually take about 10 minutes to cook. For me, the best part was their own home-made chilli sauce which was yellow in colour and very unlike anything I've ever bought in a shop. Amazing!
