Can't believe my luck!
On Tower Bridge Road you can find a restaurant that produces excellent tasty food for as little as £5. A very good menu with fresh ingredients daily keep me going back for lunch five days a week.
Menu choice I usually go for is the fresh fish (changes daily) or in-house hand made fresh pasta with delicious ragu sauces... Or the confit of Duck with salsa verde with lentils... Delicious and so satisfying.
The staff are very hospitable and friendly and go that extra step to accommodate.
Can't fault this restaurant with its very good food and value for money.

A truly charming restaurant/cafe' that always puts the customer first.I've enjoyed
many delicious meals at this venue. My lunch break has become the highlight of my day and the memory of an outstanding mullet saltimbocca and an equally impressive meringue with raspberries and cream will linger for a very long time.
Surely among the best restaurants in London

Food that transcends the taste buds, service with a smile and main courses that don't go above £7.50 - it is too good and it is true.

A rather marvelous place and,so far,one of London best kept secrets. We stumbled on this little gem purely by chance and we never looked back.
The service is charming and attentive, however the food takes centre stage here.
On our most recent visit ,an elaborate pasta and aubergine cake with ozzarella, parmesan and sausage looked spectacular and tasted too good for words.
Grilled mullet with caponata was also splendid and the bread should get a special mention too. Our new favourite place.

Did you ever have a crouton that completely changed your idea about what a crouton could taste like? As so often, it’s the little things, the ones that usually go by unnoticed, that can make the biggest impact once you find something completely unexpected, in this case it were the tastiest croutons I have ever had, accompanying a green salad with an amazing dressing alongside an immaculately prepared steak.
This was just one of the amazing lunches I’ve had over there – just today it’s been a tasty pasta cake, with aubergines, sausages, mozzarella and tomato sauce, followed by a slice of apricot and almond tart.
Since we’ve discovered it, it’s become our lunchtime (well, and breakfast) regular, it actually really makes the lunchbreak worth having, even if you just get one of their tasty sandwiches or a slice of their frittata to take away.
It all comes at prices which are so not-London that you won’t believe it until you go there. The staff are super-nice, the atmosphere is welcoming (and they sell what must be the tastiest olive oil this side of the alps).
Go and find out for yourself.

Amazing restaurant food for café prices! When I stumbled across this place it was entirely by chance as there is no sign outside and looks very discreet from the road but once inside the gem is revealed, the atmosphere was bustling with well informed regulars. The décor was cool, bright & modern but retained incredible warmth with the hearty Italian fare being served by friendly staff. I had hand made pasta with duck ragu to start and fresh chargrilled Swordfish with Italian green beans and potatoes for a main, both dishes were exceptional and would be worthy any top table.
I loved this place 10/10!
