This said the quality of the jam used could have been better, it was a flavourless red jelly, which did not compliment the clotted cream and the warm scones as well as it might have. The acidity of a better quality jam would have improved the experience altogether...

The pastries & cakes were a little disappointing. I would have expected 'home-made' rather than bought in. The tea also left a lot to be desired, although I think this was probably more down to the London water, rather than the tea used!
