What a neighborhood gem!

Found this restaurant via internet and been around 10 times now. Very creative though classic cuisine every single time. Wine list of good quality and affordable. Polite service.

Scallops, dressed crab with bloody mary amongst my favourite starters. Fish cooked superbly for mains, with extensive vegetarian options and mussels for those who like it (eg my bf). Black beef very good. The menu slowly changes with seasons. The only downside is that being a one man show from Diego you must sit back and enjoy a leisurely slow lunch / dinner. You will never feel rushed here so this is a place to enjoy great conversation with friends / partner. Even if it takes longer than in a chain restaurant, the quality is well worth it.

Popped in for a post theatre meal on the off chance and we were accomodated superbly even though we were late and had no booking. Busy dining room that has real atmosphere and the staff extremely hospitable. Had a steak night offer and the hake with crayfish pasta which were flavoursome and comforting, Great wine list and one of the most minimalist and comfortable dining rooms in London. In short thought it was brilliant.

I went to Seasons Dining Room on the 20th November and had the most wonderful meal also the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much bother and as soon as we were in the restaurant they were very professional. i could not fault this lovely restaurant, it was such a lovely evening and will be visiting on a regular basis and would recommend this place to anybody who appreciates fantastic food. the only down side is that it does not open on Sunday night.

Was really disappointed to read the 2 reviews for Seasons that were negative, so I decided to go again to check.

We went on a Saturday night and were sat at the table near the bar end of the restaurant as there were two of us.

We had the scallop to share, then the steak night offers. The service was efficient and pleasant, and any requests we made were dealt with quickly. The place was clean (didn't go to the loos).

This with two glasses of white wine of the month and a lager came to £43.

The food was, as I have previously experienced, fantastic. The bubble and squeak under the scallop was better than I could ever make, and the home made chips were excellent.

Very very busy on week-end night so try to get there early.

Perhaps the two bad reviews were blips - my experiences at Seasons have always been terrific.

Visited over the weekend with my wife and a couple of friends. Two of us took advantage of the half price steak night as it seemed such a great offer, unfortunately the steaks we were served really were not very good quality, I remember "organic" being stated on the menu, but they seemed miserably under hung, flavourless and tough as old boots.

I have dined in many great steak joints including Peter Luger in New York and many times in Hawksmoor here in London, I know a good steak, this wasn't one of them.

The waitress removed the barely chewed remains without a comment or query as to why we had hardly touched them and we slunk off into the night to get something decent to eat from the nearby Indian takeaway, bitterly dissapointed.

The eel starters were excellent as was the Cornish grill fish main course and the chocolate temptation plate was memorable. We were visitiing a theatre after dinner so had limited time . Staff were most attentive without being too obvious.

food tops one of the best restaurant we have been to. service and staff are great, the 1st class menu goes so well with the wine list .. the worst thing about dining at Seasons is trying to decide what to have ..and always leave thinking when am i going back.. Seasons is also great for a pre-theatre/cinema dinner.... it gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

i went to seasons a few weeks ago, as you can see from the reviews you expect to get something special....??

What i got was like having a chewing gum instead of steak, very disappointing. We will never go back.

I went to dinner here with a few friends; we all thoroughly enjoyed the food which was delicious and excellent value for money - the wine selection is also recommended. The service was very professional and friendly and the atmosphere low key and discreet. I have already told other friends about this restaurant and shall be dining there again in the near future. How nice to find a great local restaurant
