ICA Cafe & Bar

Just had lunch at the ICA. Decent veggieburger (big mushroom, goat's cheese) and my buddy said the the cheeseburger was creditable. Reasonably priced Coke at 1.5 quid. Shockin' service. Big sticky drinks stain on the table was noticed by the waiter when he took the order but he had to be asked to clean it, which he did wordlessly. Then attempted to take my plate when my mate was still eating and I hadn't finished. I interjected, he left it and looked away, shaking his head. Zero pence tip.
