We're not exactly spoilt for choice in Chelmsford when it comes to restaurants, so my wife and I have been to Blue Bridge a few times. Food is fresh and flavoursome, though perhaps a little overpriced. The cod with chorizo was great last time I went and it's the sort of place you could just pop into on a whim. Bar is decent, always quite buzzy.
