Agree with other reviews - good food good price good place. One of the best in London for me definitely the best in the area of russell square / kings cross by far ....

Really tasty food in this hidden gem. I love Indian food and, in the three years since I moved to London, the food at this place is the best I've had. The staff are friendly and are happy to adapt your order (hotness, thickness of sauce, etc) to your taste. I'd particularly recommend the ceylon and the dhansaak - both are very hot, and very delicious!

Lunchtime menu £4.50 for starter and main. Service brilliant, food delicious, prices great! the best Tandoori around. As someone else said, they are a little slow, however I felt this gave a more relaxed atmosphere, anyway i'm always cautious if someone brings your food out straight away
