This is the worst restraunt with the worst service, terrible atmosphere and the

Most rudest staff I have ever seen in my life! We were forced to order more

than we needed, they were extremely rude to my 2 year old child, they referred to us as 'guys' when saying things lIke guys we will not serve you unless u order for 4 ( when the 4th was a 2 year old child and we had ordered fixed menu for 2 AND 2 extra shawarma wraps and they said it wasn't enough!), the staff members were creepy and kept staring at us the whole time and giving dirty looks to my 2 year old, when I told the manager that the staff was not giving good service he basically told me to get out and not come back again! NEVER EVER go to this restaurant they are awful and I can't believe st johns wood would want such a filthy place on their high street. I can't believe I went with my Parents and daughter here for christmas! They totally ruined it and I will never fOrgive them for treating my poor parents like that when they came to see me from sO far away for Xmas.

Terrible restaurant, they are in swanky St Johns Wood. The restaurant is over priced and ideal for those for those who have more money than sense and like the sanitised St Johns Wood High Street for Arab food. They are clearly second rate. Their chips are of the frozen variety. The food quality is totally lacking. While I was there, one of the customers had an issue with the undercooked food. The response by the waiter was argumentative! When Edgware Road is barley a mile away, why on earth would anyone eat here? Maroush and the many others not too far away are the real deal. The service is extremely rude and apathetic. Avoid unless you like second rate over priced Arab food with rude service and in a snooty area.

Service was very poor. Food not cooked properly and was not hot.

This restaurant does not reflect Lebanese food at all. Over done meat and kofta kebabs seemed to have been left in fridge for a long time.

Went here with a Taste Card and was informed that we'd need to order both an appetizer and main (which wasn't specified on the Taste website). As a vegetarian, I wasn't in the mood for a stew (the main veg option) on the hot summer day we went in. I asked if I could order 3 appetizers instead, as that would add up to the same value (and there are a million veg starters), but I was refused. I attempted to post this in the Taste Card website but they said they only post positive reviews. I don't think I'm being particulary negative, the food was nice, I'd just want to know this as a vegetarian!

Came here last night for the fourth time in a year. Food is still very good with generous portions. Excellent Lebanese food. However, the ambience is looking a little tired but I am very happy to return here.
