Gaucho (The O2)

Having been to the Broadgate Branch and had a lovely steak, this however was nothing short of rip off rubbish. The rude South African waiter proceeded to talk to me and my partner in an arrogant patronising tone, and how I will have my steak, not suggesting, actually telling, then halfway through our starter, our steaks were going to be bought to our table, before the waiter halted them, then left them on the serving counter, 20 minutes later after our starters, he brings the steaks over, which had been left sitting on the serving counter, I said there is no way I am having these luke warm steaks, not my problem you cooked them early. It was a really roughshod service, like want to get you in and out, if it was busy i would of had a tad more sympathy, but it wasnt, the restaurant was dead. Rude staff, awful service, except for one charming waitress who couldnt resist in playing with my 8 month old daughter. You would do well to avoid this branch.
