Went for dinner here last week. The Service was good and attentive and the restaurant busy. The really cool thing was the tables had a metal plate in the middle of the table, and when this was lifted, beneath was a gas stove which food was cooked at for you – this was very cool
However, food-wise, we were left distinctly unimpressed.
For starters, we had the seafood and spring onion pancake which was lovely, if a little band, however went very well with the spicy dip; the rice cakes and fish cakes, this was cooked at the table. However the actual dish didn't taste very nice.
For Mains, we had the chicken bbq dish, which was also cooked at the table and also really nice! The meat was really succulent and tasty, however you had to basically create a kebab with the chicken in a lettuce leaf. The taste was gorgeous, however there was no substance from the dish so you didn't feel full. The pot dish which was supposed to be seafood and tofu. The seafood consisted of 3 clams! And lots and lots of tofu in a very bland soup, this was to be eaten with rice. Neither of us enjoyed this.
The bill came to £50, which seemed expensive for what we had, 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 soft drinks and 2 korean beers.
Overall, we are glad we tried out this cuisine once and are really pleased that an independent restaurant is doing so well. However, we will not be returning for another meal.

Had dinner at this restaurant last night - thought the food was excellent and gives a great introduction to world of Korean Cuisine.
Simple but modern furnishing inside and the staff are very attentive and helpful in explaining menu choices.
Seems to get very busy so advisable to book.
