I wanted to like this restaurant but unfortunately it suffers from a near fatal combination of being too fast and too slow. We had barely got seated before the waitress wanted to take our order, given the different combinations we asked for more time, which earned us a dirty look as she flounced away. When she came back she did not seem to be paying that much attention to what we were ordering, which was confirmed as when the food turned up it was not what we had ordered, though to their credit this was sorted out very quickly. The major disadvantage with communal tables is that when other patrons leave you are left with a dirty table, which in our case, was not cleared away until just before we left. Also the supposedly disposable paper place mats were just wiped off (sweeping the food remnants onto the floor) and used for the next customer. The food was OK but very bland, plus my wife’s burger was under cooked, being still red in the middle. Other than the lettuce and tomato the other toppings were a bit on the mean side, with the cheese being wafer thin. The so called love sauce is pretty bog standard spicy BBQ. Given that you have to pay extra for fries etc. I thought it was a bit pricy for what we got. Also the toilets (both male and female) are a bit dodgy. If you need to eat at the O2 there are plenty of better places. Avoid.
