Inc Brasserie (The O2)

Absolute shambles, waited an hour and a half for food, ended up having to leave without eating as the show we were going to see was starting. The staff were unattentive and useless, we were not offered drinks refils or kept updated as to what the problem was. I wrote a letter of complaint to the managing director which she acknowledged and said she would get back to me when she had looked into the matter further. Its now been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from her. Beggers belief that business' that operate like this survive. Don't waste your time and money, they obviously don't value their customers - eat elsewhere.
