Made an online booking via their website, and received prompt confirmation. When we turned up, the waitress said she didn't have a record of our booking, at which stage I pointed at my name in the book. She then pointed to our table, and upon making our way, we were asked by another waitress whether we had a booking, to which we replied yes and sat down. We asked for another table as there was quite a draft coming through the window, and were told none were available. We were not offered any drinks, and it took a full 15 minutes for our order to be taken. after a further 15 minutes, our drinks has still not arrived, so we walked out, to indifferent looks from the staff. Will not be going back, and do not recommend them, for their service at least.
